We are excited to announce an immediate opening of a Full-Time Production Builder at our facility located in Sanford, NC. If you are motivated, dependable, and eager to develop valuable skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Job Title: Production Builder
Location: Sanford, NC
Job Type: Monday -Thursday 10-hour shift

Temp-to-perm- 1st shift
$16.00 an hour 

Responsibilities:

  • Cut lumber using computerized saws

  • Assemble floor and roof trusses

  • Perform other fabricating and assembly duties related to the manufacturing process

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Ability to read a tape measure accurately (required)

  • Willingness to learn; training provided for all experience levels

  • Capacity to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds 

  • Able to stand for several hours and safely lift heavy objects as necessary

  • Strong work ethic, reliable attendance, and punctuality

  • Reliable transportation

Preferred Experience:

  • experience with hand tools

  • experience in building of structural components

  • experience with power tools,as well as reading dimensions & specifications
