Urgently Hiring – 40 Production Associates in Sedalia, MO
Pay & Schedule
- $16.50–$18.50/hr
- Monday–Thursday schedule
- Fridays as needed for overtime
- No weekends
Available Positions & Shifts
Labor / Stacker (Paint Dept)
- 1st Shift: 3:30 AM – 2:05 PM
Weld / Machine Tender
- 1st Shift: 4:45 AM – 3:15 PM
- 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM
Production Assembler
- 1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
What You’ll Do
- Operate manufacturing equipment and production machinery
- Weld, stamp, form, assemble, stack, or handle production parts
- Read blueprints, schematics, and work instructions
- Perform quality inspections and maintain accurate records
- Use hand tools and measuring instruments
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
- Support team production goals and overtime needs as required
What We’re Looking For
- Must be 18 years or older
- Basic computer skills and understanding of quality control
- Ability to read and follow instructions and schematics
- Good manual dexterity and ability to lift heavy materials
- Experience using hand tools preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
