Document Control Assistant – Grimes, IA
Pay: $15.00/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

We are currently seeking a Document Control Assistant to join our team in the Grimes office for a full-time opportunity. This role is ideal for someone with warehouse, inventory, or production experience who has basic computer skills and enjoys staying organized in a fast-paced environment.

In this position, you will support daily document center operations by assisting with document preparation, data entry, scanning, filing, and warehouse-related activities to ensure an efficient workflow.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare, organize, and sort documents for scanning and processing
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain detailed records
• Scan, upload, and manage documents within internal systems
• Maintain organization of files, records, and document inventory
• Assist with warehouse-related tasks, including material movement and organization
• Support daily team operations to maintain productivity and efficiency

Qualifications:
• Previous warehouse, inventory, document processing, production, or administrative experience preferred
• Basic computer skills with the ability to navigate systems for data entry and document scanning
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift, move, and organize materials as needed

Preferred Experience:
• Experience operating a manual pallet jack is a plus
• Previous document control, records management, scanning, or clerical experience is helpful but not required
