What’s a typical day as an Analyst General/Technical Coordination? You’ll be:
• Providing program leadership for technical recognition and professional development projects, ensuring alignment with broader company skill teams.
• Generating data-driven insights by maintaining and analyzing program data to report metrics and drive continuous process improvements.
• Utilizing custom dashboards and data visualization tools to provide leadership with real-time visibility into program health.
• Facilitating stakeholder management by establishing and maintaining relationships with internal teams and global technical specialists.
• Proactively identifying and executing initiatives to optimize operational efficiency and enhance the delivery of technical programs.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have four or more years of professional experience in project management, business operations, or program management.
• Possess strong written and verbal communication skills with a proven track record of success working with all levels of management.
• Demonstrate excellent organizational skills with a proactive approach to handling multiple high-profile assignments concurrently.
• Have advanced technical proficiency in SharePoint development, Microsoft Forms, Power Automate, Power Apps, and data visualization tools (PowerBI or QlikSense).
• Hold a Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s Degree preferred) and have a strong analytical mindset focused on deadlines, budgetary guidelines, and data accuracy.
