Kelly is assisting our client, a large healthcare provider, with a Front Desk Patient Registration Representative role. This is a temporary opportunity.
 

  • Pay rate $22 an hour

  • Schedule: will work 7:45am-4:15pm or 8am-4:30pm, depending on the day

  • Location: Minneapolis clinic, with occasional coverage at a St. Paul clinic location

  • 1 month position with potential for extension

 
The basics of working as a Front Desk Patient Registration Representative include:

  • Welcoming and greeting patients and visitors

  • Gathering patient information and completing registration with the patient

  • Provide information and ensure patient paperwork is complete

  • Making outbound calls to schedule and confirm appointments

  • Assisting with screening questions for COVID-19

  • Obtaining patient signatures and insurance documentation

 
The position might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have 1+ years of previous medical front desk work experience

  • Are proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and Internet Explorer.

  • EPIC experience is a plus.

  • Have excellent communication skills
