Are you a hands-on individual with a passion for carpentry and building? Kelly Services is looking for motivated team members to join our shop in the role of Auto Wall/Manual Builder in Sanford, NC. If you have framing experience, enjoy working with power tools, and thrive in a collaborative, cross-trained environment, we want to hear from you! Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 am – 4:30 pm (Overtime on Fridays if needed)
Starting Pay: $16/hr
Key Responsibilities:
- Construct wall panels using both automated and manual processes.
- Read and interpret tape measures and follow specific build instructions.
- Safely operate a nail gun, impact driver, various saws, and other power tools.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with team members and cover different roles as needed.
Requirements:
- Carpentry or framing experience required.
- Ability to accurately read a tape measure.
- Proficiency with a nail gun and other standard power tools.
- Must provide your own manual tools: hammer, square, tape, and claw.
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused.
