Pay: $23.00 per hour
Shift: 1st Shift, 5am to 1:30pm (Monday-Friday); will move to 4-10’s after June. Possible overtime on Fridays and weekend.

What’s a typical day as Assembler? You’ll be:
- Building various assemblies by following detailed work instructions using a variety of hand and power tools
- Ensuring product quality and meeting output quantities to satisfy customer demand
- Complying with all company policies, guidelines, and requirements for quality and safety
- Reporting issues with quality, processes, equipment, or materials to a coordinator or department leader
- Completing regular housekeeping and preventive maintenance tasks
- Using a PC or tablet to manage your daily schedule, access digital work instructions and tools, and report issues
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Are at least 18 years of age
- Have one of the following: a High School Diploma or G.E.D., a National Career Readiness Certificate (NCRC), or at least 3 years of manufacturing work experience (must have)
- Are able to perform manual tasks throughout the work shift, including frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting (up to 35 lbs), and repetitive actions
- Are able and willing to work overtime and weekends
- Have at least one year of experience in manufacturing or using mechanical tools (preferred)
- Can successfully complete a Physical Capacity Profile (PCP) test before placement
