General Labour Assembly Worker
Location: Tillsonburg, ON
Employment: Full-Time, Temporary (Potential Temp-to-Hire)

Role Summary:
Join our production team to assemble components/products, inspect quality, and meet daily targets in a supportive factory environment. Positions start as early as next week, running through August or October.
Who Should Apply?
– Students or recent grads with Mechanical/Electrical degree/background
– Experience with hand/power tools (work, school, or hobbies)
– Able to commute reliably to Tillsonburg, ON
Key Responsibilities:
– Follow work instructions/schematics
– Use hand and power tools (drills, screwdrivers, etc.)
– Inspect, test, and package products
– Meet quotas and safety standards
– Work collaboratively with your team
What You Need:
– Mechanical/Electrical degree or current studies
– Hands-on tool experience
– Attention to detail, teamwork skills
– Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet
Shifts & Pay:
– $21/hr (1st Shift), $22.50/hr (2nd Shift), possible overtime
– Temporary contracts (June–August/October)
