Position Type: Full-time
Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable Material Handler to ensure the accurate and timely shipment of all customer and agent orders. If you thrive in a warehouse environment and have a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Verify and pack all outbound LTL and truckload shipments to ensure correct quantities and items.
- Load outbound trailers, maximizing efficiency and ensuring accuracy, integrity, and safe transport.
- Confirm proper loading for safe material transit to customers.
- Assist with the flow of people, equipment, and product on the dock, supporting order completion, incoming receipts, and inter-plant transfers.
- Operate digital scales as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 1+ year of related experience.
Required Skills
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating/maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Solid mathematical skills: able to add, subtract, multiply, divide, and work with fractions and decimals.
- Able to compute rates, ratios, percentages, and interpret bar graphs.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to handle routine standardized situations.
Certifications
- No specific licensing or certifications required.
Physical Requirements
- Frequent walking, talking, and hearing.
- Occasional standing, sitting, and use of hands to finger, handle, or feel.
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Specific vision requirements include close, color, peripheral, and depth perception, plus ability to adjust focus.

- Warehouse and office setting.
