Pay Rate: $65,000

  • Manage purchase orders based on inventory levels and production demand using a fully

  • integrated ERP system.

  • Run and analyze ERP status reports to ensure adequate material availability for projected

  • production needs.

  • Review and process purchase requisitions, ensuring the procurement of high-quality

  • components at the most cost-effective pricing.

  • Manage and evaluate supplier performance to meet cost, quality, and delivery objectives.

  • Source new suppliers and conduct vendor qualification activities.

  • Establish and maintain purchasing department practices and procedures.

  • Ensure accurate maintenance and organization of all purchasing documentation.

  • Negotiate, audit, and manage freight terms and associated costs.

  • Other duties as assigned.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

•    Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related technical field (or equivalent
•    experience).
•    Minimum 3 years of purchasing experience within a custom equipment manufacturing
•    environment.
•    Experience supporting flexible production scheduling.
•    Proficient with ERP/MRP systems, preferably Epicor 10.
•    Strong computer skills including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•    Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
•    Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
•    Positive attitude with a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
