Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $19.85/hour

Shift: 8am – 5pm

What’s a typical day as Staffing Coordinator? You’ll be:

  • Managing interview requests and scheduling, including booking meeting rooms and arranging candidate travel.

  • Supporting recruiters, candidates, and hiring managers throughout the hiring process.

  • Facilitating onboarding logistics and ensuring seamless handoffs for new hires.

  • Providing exceptional communication and customer service, acting as the face of the organization when greeting candidates.

  • Leading candidates through post-offer processes, including background checks, efficiently and effectively.

  • Participating in continuous improvement projects to enhance recruiting operations.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have a bachelor’s degree (preferred) and at least 1 year of coordination experience, ideally within HR or recruiting.

  • Are highly organized, proactive, and able to multi-task with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

  • Have experience with complex or volume scheduling.

  • Are skilled with Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Workday (preferred).

  • Excel at building high-quality relationships and communicating with people at all levels.

  • Can manage and prioritize a high volume of requests, providing remote support.
