Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $21 an hour with weekly pay on Friday’s.
Schedule: Part Time-15-25 hours a week.

What’s a typical day as Administrative Assistant? You’ll be:
• Performing accurate data entry, preparation, and maintenance of reports using Microsoft Excel, reporting to the Office Manager.
• Managing filing systems and ensuring efficient organization of documents, both physical and digital.
• Supporting day-to-day administrative functions, including scheduling, correspondence, and office supply management.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a minimum of 5 years of administrative or office experience.
• Are proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Demonstrate strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
