About the Role:
Kelly Services is seeking a passionate, patient, and organized Temporary Customer Service Representative for our client in Centennial, CO. This is a full-time temporary position with the possibility to become permanent based on performance and fit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide friendly and professional customer service via phone and in person

  • Schedule and manage a high volume of appointments accurately

  • Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients, some of whom may be experiencing frustration due to health-related circumstances

  • Handle confidential information with care

  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Previous experience scheduling multiple appointments (healthcare or medical office experience highly preferred)

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills

  • Ability to maintain patience and composure with clients who may be upset or frustrated

  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Must pass a background check and drug test

Compensation:
$20–$23 per hour, based on experience
