Location: Largo, FL
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Employment Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire
Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse & Production Associate to join a growing specialty chemical manufacturing team. This position combines warehouse, production, and inventory responsibilities, supporting the blending, packaging, and shipping of products while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations

Pick, pack, and prepare small package and LTL orders for shipment.

Pack boxes, stack products, and wrap pallets for shipping.

Process inbound and outbound shipping paperwork.

Load and unload trucks as needed.

Assist with inventory management, including cycle counts and physical inventories.
Production Operations

Support manufacturing activities across various production stations.

Label bottles and prepare packaging materials based on production requirements.

Fill, cap, and heat-seal bottles, jars, and buckets.

Package finished products into bags and boxes.

Blend liquid and powder mixtures according to established specifications.

Operate equipment and manage work orders as assigned.

Follow all safety procedures, quality standards, and operating guidelines.
Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.

Minimum of 2 years of warehouse, manufacturing, or related experience.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.

Forklift and pallet jack experience preferred.

Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
