Kelly® Science & Clinical is seeking an Chemist Data Analyst for a 3–6-month contract position at a cutting-edge client in Boulder, CO. Schedule: Full-Time | Monday – Friday Onsite


Overview
Our client is an industry-leading Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) specializing in active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs), excipients, drug products (DPs), and packaging — serving pharmaceutical and biotech companies with the ultimate goal of improving patients’ lives.
In this role, you will assist with the creation and implementation of Smartsheet Project Tracker templates and live project plans, supporting the Research and Development department’s analytical and project management functions.


Responsibilities

  • Assist in the drafting and review of Smartsheet project tracker templates and project-specific work package Smartsheet trackers

  • Leverage strong experience with Smartsheet or similar project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project) to support active project planning and execution

  • Utilize standard Microsoft programs including Excel, Word, and Project to support departmental workflows

  • Support a positive, healthy, and flexible work environment in alignment with team and leadership goals

  • Adhere to all safety and environmental responsibilities while performing job duties

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience

  • Strong experience with Smartsheet project tracker creation or equivalent project management software

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Project)

  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and analytical documents

  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills

  • Developed written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions

  • Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
