Kelly Science & Clinical has a new, permanent opportunity for a QA/QC Scientist in Beatrice, NE!
Shift: M-F 8:00am-5:00pm
A Direct Hire Opportunity
Salary Range: $125,000-$150,000, DOE
Lead QA/QC efforts for innovative rare earth separation processes, managing lab operations, developing protocols, ensuring product quality, and supporting facility expansion projects. Work cross-functionally to commission and optimize processes and maintain product documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement QA/QC protocols
- Operate and manage an analytical laboratory (ICP-OES/ICP-MS experience required)
- Oversee QA/QC information for production and ensure products meet shipping requirements
- Support project expansion from design through commissioning
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards
- Analyze feedstock and issue Certificates of Analysis
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in QA/QC Engineering, Chemistry, or related field
- 10+ years in chemical or manufacturing QA/QC
- Experience managing lab staff and developing protocols
Desired Skills:
- Broad process quality oversight, lab management, and adaptability
- Familiarity with environmental regulations
- Strong self-management and computer skills
