Cell Operator – Liquid Forming Line
$30/hr + $1/hr Night Premium Full?Time Permanent Brantford, ON
We’re hiring Cell Operators for the Cell 2 – Liquid Forming Line at a modern, highly automated food manufacturing facility in Brantford. This is a permanent, full?time opportunity with strong training, stability, and room to grow.
Position Details
- Pay: $30/hr
- Night Premium: +$1/hr
- Shifts: 12?hour continental – straight nights
- Location: Brantford, ON
- Type: Full?Time, Permanent
What You’ll Be Doing
- Running and monitoring automated equipment on the liquid forming line
- Adjusting machine settings (temperature, pressure, speed, ingredients) based on production recipes
- Performing quality checks: visual inspections, measurements, fineness testing, CCP monitoring
- Completing SAP entries, production logs, and shift handovers
- Supporting sanitation, housekeeping, and food safety tasks
- Assisting with basic and preventative maintenance
- Working with your team to meet production targets
- Following all GMP, HACCP, and safety procedures
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in manufacturing, machine operation, food production, or similar industrial work
- Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort troubleshooting equipment
- Ability to work with automated machinery and production controls
- Experience with SAP, HACCP, molding, blending, or CNC is an asset
- Ability to lift 50–55 lbs, climb stairs, bend, reach, and stand for long periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- High school diploma required
