Position: Office Administrator
Location: Kent, Washington Schedule: Part Time to Start (Monday–Tuesday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM) Status: On Site Only
Future Growth: Expands to Full Time as the role develops

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to provide administrative support to our Office Manager, Project Managers, and Estimators. This role is essential to the daily operations of our organization and will evolve as the company continues to grow.

As this position develops, the selected candidate will play an active role in shaping its long-term structure.

Required Experience

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • Experience with internet based software and online programs

  • Accounting software experience is helpful but not required

Primary Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Office Manager and supervisory staff

  • Collect and organize invoices

  • Enter invoices into accounting systems

  • Assist with certified payroll

  • Assist with payroll processing

  • Assist with accounts receivable

  • Assist with timecard management

  • Assist with expense reports

  • Assist with billings and invoicing

  • Assist with submittal packages

  • Answer incoming phone calls

  • Support daily operations across multiple departments, including administration, project management, estimating, and field staff

Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate has prior office administrative experience and thrives in a structured yet evolving environment. This role requires adaptability, professionalism, and a willingness to support a variety of operational needs.
A comprehensive two hour interview will be conducted to ensure alignment with our culture, values, and team dynamics.

  • Position will expand and evolve over time

Compensation

  • Starting pay: $20–$21 per hour as a temporary employee

  • Pay increases upon permanent conversion
