About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse & Logistics Manager to lead daily warehouse operations, drive efficiency across material flow, and ensure accurate, on-time inventory and distribution performance. This role oversees shipping, receiving, warehousing, and logistics across multiple areas while leading continuous improvement initiatives and managing a high-performing team.
You will play a key role in improving operational performance, optimizing warehouse processes, and ensuring safety, quality, cost, and delivery standards are consistently met.
What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and distribution
- Drive improvements in material flow, warehouse layout, space utilization, and operational efficiency
- Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts, reconciliation, and system control (WMS/SAP)
- Oversee logistics activities including carrier management, freight coordination, and shipment optimization
- Develop and implement SOPs, training programs, and standardized warehouse practices
- Lead safety (EHS) initiatives, compliance efforts, and warehouse security protocols
- Manage budgets, operational costs, and performance reporting
- Track and improve KPIs across Safety, Quality, Cost, and Delivery
- Lead continuous improvement and Lean initiatives
- Hire, train, coach, and develop warehouse staff while managing performance and accountability
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Sales, Customer Service, and Logistics teams
What We’re Looking For
- 5–7+ years of warehouse/logistics experience, including 3–5+ years in leadership
- Experience in manufacturing or high-volume distribution environment preferred
- Strong knowledge of WMS systems and SAP
- Experience with Lean, CI, and operational improvement initiatives
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, MS Project or similar)
- Experience operating or overseeing powered industrial equipment (forklifts, etc.)
