Kelly® is looking for a Sales Representative to work at a leading organization in Carlsbad, CA.
Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $30.00/hour
Shift: 1st / M-F 8am-5pm

What’s a typical day as Sales Assistant I? You’ll be:
- Using generated leads to connect with customers and sell products nearing end of shelf life.
- Selling discounted materials before expiration.
- Negotiating within set guidelines to successfully close sales.
- Engaging in active, direct sales outreach
- Maintaining a creative and resilient approach while interacting with customer accounts.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have 1-2 years of sales experience in with phone and/or door-to-door outreach (required).
- Are experienced in using leads for sales outreach (required)
- Possess excellent communication skills.
- Motivated, creative and resilient.
- Have a science background (highly beneficial, but not required).
- Hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
