Pay Rate: $18.65 per hour
Schedule: 2nd Shift – Monday-Thursday, 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM (Overtime as needed)

Job Description
Join Kelly Services as a Production Operator and help ensure the efficient feeding and grading of products at an acceptable production speed. This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate safely and follow all safety rules and guidelines.
- Stack units neatly and correctly.
- Feed the front end of the moulder.
- Grade products coming out of the moulder.
- Track and record quantities rejected at the feed end.
- Separate defective wood for repair and rework as required.
- Rotate across all moulder positions: feed end, grading, and stacking.
- Clearly mark all units and complete unit tags accurately.
- Support all preventative maintenance activities.
- Maintain cleanliness in your area/department at the end of each shift.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Able to read a tape measure.
- Self-motivated with good hand-eye coordination.
- Preferably one year of manufacturing experience.
- Able to lift 35 lbs and stand for up to 10 hours.
- Comfortable with repetitive movements (hand, wrist, arm).
- Able to walk, bend, twist, stoop, and climb stairs.
- Willing to work in environments exceeding 95°F and handle varying noise levels.
- Must tolerate exposure to wood dust and aluminum (no excessive hazards).
