We are actively hiring Material Handlers for a busy warehouse/distribution facility in Fife, WA. We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who are ready to start immediately.
If selected for an onsite facility tour, you are essentially at the final stage of the hiring process and will have a very strong opportunity to secure the position.
Pay Rates
- Day Shift: $19.00/hour
- Night Shift: $19.50/hour
Note: Candidates selected for the night shift may complete initial training on the day shift before transitioning to their assigned night shift schedule.

About the Role
As a Material Handler, you will support daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced distribution environment. This position plays a key role in ensuring materials, supplies, and finished goods move safely and efficiently throughout the facility.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Material Handling & Movement
- Move materials, supplies, and finished goods manually or with hand trucks.
- Load finished products onto pallets or hand trucks.
- Stack pallets and skids in designated warehouse locations.
- Maintain efficiency while following all safety procedures.
Warehouse Cleanliness & Organization
- Sweep floors and remove trash from work areas.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Support general housekeeping throughout the facility.
General Support
- Assist Warehouse Supervisors and Leads with assigned tasks.
- Follow company safety procedures and production standards.
- Work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements & Physical Demands
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and work for 10-hour shifts.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds without restriction.
- Frequent bending, lifting, stretching, reaching, and walking.
- Comfortable working in a large warehouse environment.
- Able to work in varying temperatures, lighting, and noise levels.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Must be reliable and maintain excellent attendance.
- Weekend availability is required.
