Looking for steady manufacturing work with a 4-day workweek and Fridays off? Stanley Black & Decker, through Kelly, is hiring Machine Operators / Production Associates in Sedalia, MO.
This is a hands-on manufacturing position where you’ll operate production equipment, work with parts and materials, perform quality checks, and follow detailed work instructions.

- 1st Shift: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM–3:30 PM — $17.75/hour
- 2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 3:00 PM–1:30 AM — $19.75/hour
- Fridays OFF
- Occasional overtime opportunities

- Manufacturing experience is a plus, but we will consider candidates with transferable hands-on experience
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Operate manufacturing equipment and production machinery
- Assemble and handle parts and materials
- Follow work instructions, specifications, and safety procedures
- Perform quality inspections
- Use hand tools and measuring equipment
- Maintain accurate production records
- Meet production and quality goals
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to read and follow written instructions
- Basic computer skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable attendance and work ethic
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Previous machine operation, manufacturing, warehouse, assembly, or hands-on production experience is a plus
- Hand tool experience preferred
