Shipping & Receiving Associate (Multiple Openings)

? Tacoma, WA (Frederickson Area)
? $23.00/hour

Schedule

  • Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

  • Frequent overtime up to 5:00 PM

  • Occasional Saturdays (8-hour shifts based on volume)

  • No Sundays

Employment Type

  • Temporary (Temp-to-Hire for strong performers)

About the Role

We are currently hiring Shipping & Receiving Associates for a clean, modern, and newly established warehouse facility in the Tacoma/Frederickson area.

This is a fast-paced, high-volume environment where attention to detail, teamwork, and reliability are key. If you enjoy staying active and contributing to efficient operations, this is a great opportunity to grow with a company that rewards strong performance.


What You’ll Do

  • Pick, pack, and fulfill customer orders accurately

  • Perform daily shipping and receiving tasks

  • Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments

  • Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with cycle counts

  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe

  • Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (if certified)

  • Support team goals to meet daily shipping deadlines

  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or fulfillment experience preferred

  • Inventory experience is a plus

  • Forklift certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain)

  • Ability to lift, stand, and move throughout the shift

  • Comfortable with overtime and occasional Saturdays

  • Strong attention to detail and dependability

  • Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude

Work Environment & Dress Code

For safety, associates must wear:

  • Long pants

  • Closed-toe shoes (steel or composite toe preferred)

  • No loose clothing or items near equipment
