Pay Rate: $20+/hour
Shifts Available: 12 PM – 9 PM or 3 PM – 12 AM

What Does a Typical Day as a Customer Service Representative Look Like?

  • Deliver exceptional customer service using sound business judgment.

  • Accurately document inquiries using case management tools.

  • Coordinate with customers and dealers during breakdown situations.

  • Provide excellent problem-solving support throughout the case management process.

  • Effectively address customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.

This Role Could Be a Great Fit If You:

  • Have strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.

  • Possess an analytical mindset and excellent negotiation skills.

  • Are available for shifts from 12pm-9pm or 3pm-12am, with expected weekend rotations.

  • Have 1-2 years of experience in customer service or technical support (preferred).

  • There is a possibility of a hybrid work environment after completing onsite training.
