Job Opening: Entry-Level Production Team Member
Pay: $22/hr
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00am–4:30pm (4 ten-hour days)
Overtime: Fridays until production is caught up
Location: Englewood CO 80110
Position Summary:
Join our team in a hands-on, entry-level role loading 20ft aluminum panels into a powder coating machine and performing quality control inspections. You’ll work alongside another team member, swapping duties throughout the shift. Additional training for other production processes is available to help you advance and expand your skills.
Requirements:
- Some manufacturing experience preferred
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally (panels are not heavy, but must be physically capable)
- Willing to work in a non-climate-controlled environment
- Must bring steel-toe or composite boots/shoes; safety glasses will be provided
Other Information:
- Must pass a 10-panel rapid urine drug test
- Background check required: no violent convictions, major recent theft charges, or sexual assault-type convictions
