Kelly Onsite Talent Advisor (In-house Temp, Flint, MI) 3rd shift
Manufacturing environment
Flint, MI
Temporary (Start: ASAP; No end date)
$22-23/hr
- Current shift includes required OT, 8:30pm-7am (Must be able to work 6 days)
- Regular shift once OT ends, Sun-Thurs 10:30pm-7am.
- OPEN to someone interested in Part-time/ Weekends only also
Core Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary onsite contact for both employees and the client, coaching and counseling employees
- Detail oriented, proactive, build strong client relationships and maintain high service levels.
- Recruit, screen, interview, and assess candidates.
- Coordinate hiring activities to meet workforce demands.
- Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Monitor payroll issues and ensure timely employee payment.
- Support workplace safety initiatives and compliance requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve staffing processes and client satisfaction.
Key Skills Required
- Client relationship management and customer engagement.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Recruiting and interviewing experience.
- Problem-solving and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of HR and staffing practices.
- Understanding of employment law (preferred).
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of staffing/recruiting experience.
- Manufacturing staffing experience is preferred.
- Experience with onboarding, offboarding, payroll coordination, and employee relations is valuable.
