What’s a typical day as a Talent Acquisition Specialist? You’ll be:

  • Coordinating and facilitating onboarding activities for all new hourly production associates.

  • Conducting new hire orientations and ensuring completion of required employment documentation.

  • Serving as the primary point of contact during onboarding, addressing questions and concerns.

  • Building strong relationships with production associates through regular floor presence and employee interaction.

  • Conducting employee check-ins, coaching sessions, and stay interviews to improve retention and engagement.

  • Acting as the main liaison between the organization and staffing agency partners.

  • Coordinating workforce planning to meet production staffing requirements.

  • Monitoring workforce metrics and facilitating communication between all staffing stakeholders.

  • Assisting with employee relations, conflict resolution, policy communication, and compliance.

  • Supporting HR initiatives related to training, compliance, and employee development.

  • Maintaining accurate employee records and supporting workforce reporting and attendance tracking.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, workforce management, HR, or employee relations (staffing industry experience strongly preferred).

  • Have experience supporting hourly manufacturing, warehouse, or production employees (preferred).

  • Possess strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

  • Excel at coaching, mentoring, and communicating with employees at all levels.

  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Are proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).

  • Can maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.

  • Are comfortable spending significant time on the production floor interacting with employees and supervisors.

  • (Preferred) Have experience conducting orientations, onboarding programs, and partnering with staffing agencies or managing contingent labor programs.

  • (Preferred) Are familiar with employee engagement and retention strategies, attendance management, and workforce planning.

  • (Bonus) Are bilingual in English/Spanish (not required).
