General Production Workers
Are you reliable, safety-focused, and ready to contribute in a fast-paced production environment? We’re looking for General Workers to join our team in Saskatoon. In this entry-level role, you’ll play a key part on the production line, mainly putting bags into boxes and strapping boxes for shipment.
Key Details:

  • Rate: $16.50/Hr + vacation Pay

  • Length of Assignment: From July 2026 to March 2027

  • Schedule: 8am-4:30pm M-F

  • Minimum Education: Grade 12 or equivalent

  • Must have reliable transportation and follow Clean Car protocol (site not accessible by public transit)

  • Must be able to wear a respirator and maintain a clean-shaven face

Essential Job Requirements:

  • Strong safety awareness; commitment to all safety protocols

  • Willingness to learn and ability to demonstrate new skills quickly

  • Willingness to perform repetitive, physical work (bending, leg lifting, standing/sitting for long periods)

  • Proven reliability and excellent attendance

  • Mobile and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs for repetitive tasks

Responsibilities:

  • Hand movements and basic manual dexterity (repetitive tasks)

  • Alternating between sitting and standing on shift

  • Stacking, packing, and strapping boxes and bags

  • Moving and placing finished boxes on pallets

  • Following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Job Safety Analyses (JSEAs)

  • Other duties as assigned

Advancement Opportunity: Move Up to the Solid Core Team!
Based on performance, reliability, and skill development, General Workers may be considered for promotion to our specialized Solid Core Plant Operator position.
Solid Core Plant Operator Highlights:

  • Rate: $21.57/Hr + vacation pay

  • Length of Assignment: July 2026 – March 2027

  • Schedule: 4 days on (2 days, 2 nights) / 4 days off, 12-hour shifts including weekends and holidays

  • Pay and responsibilities increase with this promotion

  • Advance your skills in process and manufacturing operations, oversee solid material handling, and take on leadership, training, and technical duties

  • Additional requirements: mechanical aptitude, computer skills, ability to work with hazardous chemicals (full training supplied), and ability to climb ladders and lift up to 50 lbs

  • Must be able to wear a respirator and maintain a clean-shaven face

  • Have your own reliable transportation (site is not accessible by public transit) and follow our Clean Car
