Shift: Monday–Friday, 11 AM – 7 PM
Pay Rate: $20.50 per hour
Position Overview:
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial part in our order fulfillment operations. Your main responsibilities include accurately picking customer orders—primarily wire products—using warehouse technology and equipment. We’re seeking candidates with experience operating cherry pickers and other material handling equipment, who thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This is a great opportunity to advance your skills and grow with our employee-owned company.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently pick and stage wire products for shipment using handheld scanners and our Warehouse Management System (WMS)

  • Safely operate warehouse equipment, with an emphasis on cherry pickers, as well as pallet jacks, forklifts, and push carts to move products as needed

  • Pack, label, and prepare various types of orders, including less-than-truckload shipments, per company guidelines

  • Restock pick locations, assist with receiving deliveries, and help maintain accurate inventory levels

  • Conduct routine cycle counts and support inventory control processes

  • Uphold safety standards by following all protocols and participating in daily safety inspections to maintain a clean and organized workspace

Requirements:

  • Comfortable working at heights (experience with cherry pickers required)

  • Physically able to lift, climb, and perform manual tasks in a busy warehouse setting

  • At least 18 years old; able to pass pre-employment physical evaluation

  • Reliable, punctual, and committed to consistent attendance

  • 2+ years of warehouse or order picking experience strongly preferred

  • Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a plus

  • Experience operating cherry pickers and working in large warehouse environments preferred
