Shifts:

• 3:00 pm – 11:30 pm 

• Rotating all three shifts as needed

Responsibilities

• Operate bagging, packaging, and production equipment
  

• Fill, palletize, and transport finished products
  

• Supply production lines with required materials
  

• Follow production schedules and operating procedures
  

• Complete production records and documentation accurately
  

• Perform equipment adjustments and minor maintenance activities
  

• Troubleshoot basic equipment issues
  

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
  

• Support multiple departments and production lines as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
  

• Manufacturing experience preferred
  

• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn equipment maintenance
  

• Ability to operate or learn powered industrial equipment
  

• Dependable attendance and willingness to work 10-20 hours of overtime

Physical Requirements
This is a physically demanding manufacturing environment requiring:

• Frequent lifting up to 65 lbs.
  

• Standing for extended periods
  

• Bending, twisting, reaching, pulling, and carrying materials
  

• Working in a noisy industrial environment
  

• Exposure to dust, vibration, and moving machinery
  

• Steel-toed footwear required
