Delivery Support and Customer Service Specialist
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (with potential need to stay until 7:00 pm on some days)
Pay Range: $18–$20 per hour
Are you an organized, detail-oriented professional looking to join a dynamic customer service team? We are seeking a Delivery Support and Customer Service Specialist to support both customer account management and driver check-in operations. In this role, you will play a key part in reconciling delivery invoices, processing customer payments, and providing exceptional support to our sales and delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify accuracy of inventory and match payments to invoices during driver check-in

  • Balance load sheets and nightly driver routes

  • Manage and apply customer payments to invoices

  • Identify and resolve discrepancies between invoices and payments

  • Process various types of payments including FINTECH, ESCROW, iCONTROL, and charge payments

  • Apply credits to customer accounts

  • Answer phone calls and provide support to drivers, sales associates, and managers

  • Assist with general office duties and provide back-up for co-workers as needed

  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years or older

  • High school or vocational school diploma, or GED equivalent required

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Skilled in using calculator and common office equipment (copiers, scanners, fax machines)

  • Excellent time management, efficiency, and critical thinking skills

  • Strong problem-solving and communication abilities

  • Ability to collaborate and support the team with a positive attitude

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:

  • Office-based position; must keep workspace clean and organized

  • Regular, reliable attendance is required

  • Ability to sit and use a computer for extended periods, talk and hear on the phone

  • Occasionally lift supplies or materials up to 5 lbs
