Machine Operator -
A leading manufacturer specializing in rotational molding, is seeking Production Associates. Join our Associate-Owner Team All training will be on site at our Saint Louis, MI facility. Associates must be detail oriented, have good communication skills, and be able to work cooperatively with all departments and employees.
1st Shift: 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
2nd Shift: 4:00 p.m. – midnight
3rd Shift: Midnight – 8:00 a.m.
Breaks: 2-15 minutes with 30 minute lunch phones okay in lunch room, cannot be on the floor
Pay rate: $16.00 and up
Core responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Operate overhead hoists, pallet jacks, forklifts. Verify mold identification are correct and molds are operational. Verify parting lines clean.

Loading and Unloading molds.

Clamps functioning properly Vent tubes clean with proper wrap/ material Verify that the correct materials/ weights are loaded into the molds.

Verify that finished/ work in progress products are packaged and labeled appropriately.

Able to lift 50 pounds repeatedly.

Be using a handheld hoist, using mallots, and crow bars.

Label and grind production scrap. Maintain a clean work environment. Identify and report any issues with machines, molds, equipment, materials or product to Supervisor.
Attire: jeans, shorts to knee; safety glasses steel toed or composite shoes
