Schedule & Pay
•    Shift: 8-hour & 12-hour rotating shifts include days, afternoons, nights and weekends (totaling around 36-48 per week)
•    Pay: $22.00/hour (paid weekly)

What You’ll Do
•    Operate plant equipment efficiently to support manufacturing processes
•    Perform quality checks, collect samples, and record accurate production data
•    Troubleshoot equipment and process issues as needed
•    Support general plant cleaning, restocking, and waste disposal
•    Operate forklifts safely
•    Follow all safety policies, including proper PPE use and lockout/tagout procedures??????
•    Lift, push, or pull up to 55 lbs. and perform repeated physical tasks such as standing, walking, and bending throughout your shift
•    Climb ladders and stairs at heights

Requirements
•    Ability to work safely in an indoor environment with exposure to seasonal temperatures and dust
•    Strong commitment to attendance, safety, and teamwork
•    Capability to perform the physical aspects of the role
