Salary/Pay Rate:  $65K – 75K/$31.25 – $36.05 per hour

Shift: M-F 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. while training. After training, there is flexibility to work a schedule between 7 a.m. – 5 p.m.

What’s a typical day as Senior Accountant? You’ll be:

  • Overseeing and assisting with accounting activities in accordance with GAAP

  • Assisting the Controller with daily accounting tasks, including customer payments, collections, accounts payable, accounts receivable, journal entries, account reconciliations, inventory, credit inquiries, and corporate audits

  • Supporting sales administration, sales tax, inventory management, audits, and special projects as needed

  • Providing backup for sales orders/invoices and supporting regional sales managers

  • Assisting with miscellaneous administration duties as needed in addition to crosstraining in other areas

  • Future responsibilities may include payroll processing, onboarding new hires, maintaining records, benefit billings, training scheduling, and client follow-up

  • Have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required)

  • Possess corporate accounting experience

  • Are a team player, ready to help others and collaborate across departments

  • Are detail-oriented and organized, with strong communication skills.

  • Have experience with accounting principles and processes (GAAP)
