This position is ONSITE in Torrance, CA must be able to commute to Torrance, CA

What’s a typical day as an Order Desk Analyst? You’ll be:
– Processing all new AHM Company Vehicle orders for qualifying associates, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
– Handling incoming calls and correspondence from associates and dealers, providing exceptional customer service.
– Validating and processing company car orders based on order type and associate eligibility, while ensuring all entries are accurately recorded in the CICS mainframe system.
