Human Resources Admin Assistant | 1st Shift | Niagara Falls, NY | $22.50/hr.

Schedule & Pay
•    Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm
•    Location: Onsite in Niagara Falls, NY
•    Pay: $22.50/hour (paid weekly)
•    Start: Quick onboarding—start working soon!

What You’ll Do
•   Organize and maintain employee files
•   Ensure all documents are filed accurately and consistently
•   Maintain and up date employee records and HR systems
•   Assist with onboarding and new hire paperwork
•   Support recruitment activities (scheduling interviews, posting jobs, tracking candidates)
•   Respond to employee questions and direct inquiries appropriately
•   Prepare basic HR documents, letters, and reports
•   Assist with payroll and timekeeping processes as needed
•   Assist with internal audits, helping verify completeness and compliance of HR records
•   Support HR projects and general administrative tasks

Requirements
•   High school diploma required
•   Strong organization skills with attention to detail
•   Proficiency in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
•   Able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
•   1–2 years of administrative or HR support experience preferred
