Job Title: Wholesale Project Analyst
Location: 1 Nissan Way, Franklin, TN 37067
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm
Pay Rate: $35.75/hour


Are you a data-driven thinker looking to maximize profits and drive strategic growth in the automotive wholesale market? Join us as a Wholesale Project Analyst and play a direct role in optimizing sales, rebate management, and business performance for our Aftersales wholesale division.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and report on program performance, including parts sales, market share, discounts, rebates, and wholesale growth initiatives.

  • Support regional teams, dealers, and partners to promote increased parts sales.

  • Complete the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) cycle for ongoing initiatives and provide actionable recommendations.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally (Legal, Brand, other departments) to ensure compliance of wholesale programs.

  • Assist in collecting and analyzing data on all wholesale programs and performance metrics.

  • Calculate and process monthly rebates for Nissan/INFINITI dealers; measure and report on ROI.

  • Maintain and update the active dealer list for the Wholesale Advantage Program.

  • Prepare and deliver presentations to executive leadership and conduct training sessions.

  • Participate in related projects and duties to support wholesale objectives.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Superior analytical and quantitative skills; ability to effectively explain data findings.

  • Understanding of, or willingness to learn, internal parts systems and operations.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication; confident presenting to executives.

  • Technical automotive parts experience is a plus; dealer or retail parts/service background is desirable.

  • Experience: At least 3 years in financial, pricing, or business analysis, ideally with a focus on sales optimization in automotive parts, aftermarket, or high-SKU environments.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field (or equivalent education/training).

Technical Skills:

  • Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

  • High proficiency in Microsoft Word and Tableau.

  • Experience with Access, Python, or Snowflake is a plus.

Travel: Minimal; occasional day or overnight travel may be required.
