Location: Onsite in our Maryland Heights, MO office
Hours: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday – Friday
Pay: $23/hr – $25/hr (Final compensation based on experience and may vary by geographic location)

What You’ll Do as a Recruiter:

• Manage the complete recruitment process for diverse positions across multiple levels and locations
  

• Discover, attract, and engage top talent through job boards and Kelly’s applicant tracking system (Bullhorn)
  

• Build strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ensure an equitable, consistent selection process

What We’re Looking For:

• High School Diploma or GED required
  

• 2+ years of high-volume, full-cycle recruiting experience within an industrial or warehouse setting required
  

• Customer-focused recruiting pro who excels at building relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and HR partners
  

• Results-driven, resilient, and able to get things done with enthusiasm and a sense of urgency
  

• A natural multi-tasker with strong time management and prioritization skills
  

• Excellent communicator and active listener, comfortable engaging audiences both in writing and face-to-face
  

• Flexible, adaptable, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment
