Location: Sparks NV 89431
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00am–2:30pm or 7:00am–3:30pm
Compensation: $22.00 per hour
SAP Experience: Required
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated, bilingual Shipping Clerk/Coordinator to join our warehouse team supporting our B2B Amazon business. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can balance administrative duties with hands-on work in a distribution setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Spend approximately 60% of your day on the phone and working on the computer supporting Amazon fulfillment operations
- Receive orders from various Amazon Fulfillment Centers
- Check inventory in SAP to determine what orders can be filled and shipped immediately; process and enter those into the system
- For orders lacking inventory, communicate expected fulfillment timelines to clients and keep them updated until orders are complete
- Receive orders from various Amazon Fulfillment Centers
- Spend about 40% of your day on warehouse tasks
- Manually confirm inventory levels as necessary
- Assist in pulling, packing, and labeling orders for shipment
- Coordinate pick-ups with LTL carriers and UPS
- Manually confirm inventory levels as necessary
- Follow the movement of products through the Distribution Center from entry to shipment
- Communicate effectively via phone and email with clients and logistic providers
Requirements
- Bilingual in English & Spanish (required)
- Comfortable spending about 60% of the workday on the computer/phone and 40% in the warehouse
- Familiar with SAP inventory and order management systems
- Able to lift 40–50 lbs. safely (“buddy lift” required for items over 40 lbs.)
- Must provide your own steel toe shoes and be prepared to wear them all day
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking copious notes (please bring a notebook & pen to work daily)
- Experience with Amazon B2B fulfillment strongly preferred
- Knowledge of distribution center operations and shipping processes
- Drug test and background check are required
