What’s a typical day as Customer Support Representative? You’ll be:
- Providing advanced product and service information as frontline support for customers, channel partners, and company personnel.
- Handling inbound calls and occasional emails regarding product, parts, and order-related inquiries.
- Recording and processing custom/special orders, coordinating with other teams for delivery when necessary.
- Responding to escalated issues and providing managerial approvals as needed.
- Making outbound calls to allocated customers to build new relationships.
- Entering and managing customer interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Interviewing customers using sales scripts to clarify requirements and encourage continued use of products and services.
- Ensuring adherence to company and regulatory standards, securing authorization for exceptions when required.
- Participating in ongoing training and development opportunities.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have 13 months to 3 years of relevant experience in a customer support role (required).
- Hold a post-secondary non-tertiary education credential (required).
- Are experienced in leveraging digital communications and mastering service conversations.
- Possess strong rapport-building skills and a commitment to customer loyalty.
- Have e-commerce customer support experience (preferred).
- Are comfortable with a strictly contingent role (not intended for transition to permanent employment).
- Are available to work 1st shift hours as required.
