This position requires at least 1 year of previous manufacturing experience.

Pay Rate : $17.00/hour

Shifts: 2nd shift: Monday–Friday, 3pm–11:30pm

Must be willing to work frequent overtime (up to 7 days a week)

What’s a typical day as an Assembly Worker? You’ll be:

  • Operating and troubleshooting production line machinery

  • Collecting parts, preparing kits of material for production, and creating kits according to manuals

  • Assisting with accurate inventory records

  • Monitoring quality and making adjustments to keep products within specifications

  • Maintaining a clean, organized work area and ensuring all equipment is safely locked out when not in use

  • Completing essential process documents and daily reports

  • Supporting team members, providing on-the-job training for new hires, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement

  • Achieving competency in all assigned Assembly Technician functions, including assembly and inspection of braking system components

  • Using required tools, gauges, and equipment proficiently

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have basic reading, writing, and math skills

  • Possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment (Assembly Worker)

  • Demonstrate manual dexterity to operate machinery and computers

  • Can lift up to 50 pounds and are willing to work overtime as needed

  • Are dependable, punctual, positive, and have a strong work ethic

  • Are committed to workplace safety and wearing required Personal Protective Equipment

  • Are physically able to frequently lift/move up to 50 pounds and perform regular standing, walking, reaching, and handling of materials
