Job Title: Warehouse Clerical Receiver (Temp)

Location: TastePoint North, PA, USA
Department: Manufacturing – Entry-Level

 

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Clerical Receiver (Temp) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the inspection and verification of inbound shipments, accurate documentation of goods receipts, scanning, and preparing orders for shipping. The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills and the ability to quickly learn company business systems in a fast-paced and evolving environment. This position reports to the Shift Leader or Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

  • Document, scan, and enter goods receipts into the system

  • Create warehouse transfer orders, bills of lading, and shipment entries

  • Accurately use scan guns for inventory and batch tracking to ensure inventory accuracy

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

  • Demonstrate proactive commitment to improving departmental safety culture

  • Stay current with position needs and adapt to changes in job requirements

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience with computerized inventory systems

  • Proficiency in stock put-away, order picking, shipping preparation, and stock control

  • Ability to thrive under pressure and handle multiple tasks concurrently

  • Excellent problem-solving and numeracy skills

  • Effective team player with strong communication abilities

  • Results-oriented with keen attention to detail

  • Computer literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly

  • Ability to use scan guns accurately for inventory control

  • High School diploma or GED required

  • English fluency

  • Willingness to work overtime as needed
