Pay Range: $30-$35 per hour
Shift: M-F 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Length: Temporary; 6 month assignment

What’s a typical day as Customer Support Representative I? You’ll be:
- Analyzing data collected from customer claims and feedback, and conducting root cause analysis to resolve mis-shipments, damaged products, and product quality issues
- Managing customer needs with a strong sense of urgency and ensuring timely execution of objectives and priorities
- Recording and analyzing metrics related to invoice corrections and order disputes, supporting prompt resolution of customer inquiries
- Facilitating sample orders from regional deployment centers.
- Ensuring claims are accurately closed and reimbursements are processed within identified timeframes
- Responding efficiently and effectively to both internal and external customer correspondence via telephone, email, or formal written communication; escalating more complex issues as needed
- Identifying issues and presenting recommendations for process improvements
- Maintaining satisfactory attendance and compliance with quality, environmental, and safety regulations
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have a bachelor’s degree OR 4 years of experience in business-to-business customer service, supply chain logistics, administrative support, or retail sales with increasing responsibility.
- Have experience managing customer accounts (business to business)
- Have experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Experience in supply chain logistics is a plus
- Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook (intermediate to advanced)
- This role requires proficiency in an ERP system (SAP highly preferred)
- Can develop clear written communications, procedures, and work instructions
- Possess strong analytical and reasoning skills
- Communicate information effectively to a variety of audiences
- Are detail-oriented, organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Can adhere to business casual dress code (GMP footwear required)
