Job details
Kelly is hiring Warehouse Order Pullers on behalf of a well-established commercial truck dealership and transportation solutions provider serving businesses throughout the Midwest.
$16.00 – $18.00 Based on Experience
M-F 9:00 am – 5:30 pm
Responsibilities
- Pull and verify parts accurately to fulfill customer orders.
- Stage completed orders for delivery or customer pickup.
- Safely operate material handling equipment.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Assist with inventory control and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Cross train in multiple warehouse functions and assist with special projects as needed.
- Communicate effectively with coworkers and management to support daily operations.
- Adapt to changing priorities and perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous warehouse or order pulling experience preferred.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, active warehouse environment.
- Ability to work safely at heights.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Dependable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team.
- Successfully pass a pre-employment background screening.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, and reach throughout the workday.
- Regularly lift and move up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to maintain the pace of a busy warehouse environment.
