Service/Maintenance Director – Property Maintenance | Direct Hire | Memphis, TN | M-F 8:00am-5:00pm| $100-120K + bonus, based on skills and experience

What’s a typical day as Service/Maintenance Director (Direct Hire)? You’ll be:
•    Overseeing and directing all aspects of the service department to ensure high-quality operations and customer satisfaction
•    Leading, motivating, and managing service teams to achieve performance goals and operational excellence
•    Developing and implementing policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance department efficiency
•    Collaborating with cross-functional leadership to drive organizational success and continuous improvement

•    Have proven leadership experience in service operations or a related field (must have)
•    Possess a strong background in managing teams and department performance (must have)
•    Demonstrate excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills (must have)
•    Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred
