Position Overview
Our Staffing Recruiter I is accountable for:
- Full life cycle recruiting for a variety of positions across multiple levels and geographic markets
- Attracting, sourcing, and screening passive prospects and active applicants through job boards and Kelly’s applicant tracking system (Bullhorn)
- Partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure consistent, fair, and equitable assessment and selection practices

- Customer-centric with the ability to develop collaborative relationships with prospects, candidates, hiring leaders, and HR partners
- Results-driven, accomplishing tasks, goals, and expectations with focus and resiliency
- Action-oriented, tackling tasks with urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm
- Solid time management, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills to accomplish work with minimal direction
- Situational adaptability and learning agility to shift efforts with new, changing, and/or ambiguous scenarios
- Strong communication and listening skills to engage various audiences, verbally and in writing
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of high-volume, full-cycle recruiting in an industrial/warehouse capacity (required)
Compensation
- Hourly Base Pay: $27.00–$28.00
- Final compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
- Total compensation package includes benefits (as applicable), understanding that each person has unique professional and personal needs.
