Seasonal Production Supervisor – Food Manufacturing (3-4 months)
Open to All Shifts | 7 Days a Week | $40 per hour
Job Summary:
As a Production Supervisor, you will lead production teams to achieve daily operational and process improvement goals in a food manufacturing environment. Reporting to the Business Unit Leader, you will drive production and quality targets, support continuous improvement in safety and cost, and foster a collaborative, results-oriented workforce to enhance business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead team members in executing daily production plans to meet quality, productivity, and cost standards.
- Identify production issues or bottlenecks and lead structured, team-based problem-solving initiatives.
- Monitor production performance, ensuring adherence to plant and regulatory standards.
- Support the development of team members through training, coaching, and ongoing performance feedback.
- Oversee sanitation and operational activities to maintain a clean, food-safe work environment.
- Enforce plant rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Promote plant and company safety programs, ensuring compliance with all required safety practices.
- Contribute to the development and execution of daily line performance plans.
- Ensure standard work practices are implemented and sustained to achieve daily performance metrics.
- Facilitate shift handoff meetings to ensure effective communication and alignment across all shifts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
- 3–5 years of supervisory experience preferred.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment required; food manufacturing experience is a plus.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential.
- Demonstrated ability to promote teamwork and solve problems collaboratively.
Physical Requirements:
- The role requires presence in our manufacturing facilities and may involve:
- Walking the facility and climbing stairs or ladders
- Kneeling, repetitive hand-eye coordination tasks, lifting/carrying varying weights
- Working in environments with high noise levels and varying temperatures

Shift Information:
- $40 per hour
- Open shifts: 1st (6:30 am–4 pm), 2nd (1:30 pm–11 pm), 3rd (9:30 pm–7 am)
- Shifts may be assigned based on operational needs and candidate strengths; must be open to working any shift, including weekends
