Now Hiring: Warehouse Operators (Sit Down Forklift, Reach Truck, Box Clamp & Electric Pallet Jack)

Are you ready to grow your career in distribution, logistics, and warehouse operations? Kelly® is hiring skilled Warehouse Operators for a leading warehouse facility in Rincon, GA. We are looking for experienced operators with skills on Sit Down Forklift, Reach Truck, Box Clamp, and EPJ (Electric Pallet Jack) equipment.

Pay & Shifts

1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday–Friday
Pay: $19.50–$20.50/hour

2nd Shift: 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM, Monday–Friday
Pay: $20.50–$21.50/hour

Overtime and additional hours are often available!

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate Sit Down Forklift, Reach Truck, Box Clamp, and EPJ (Electric Pallet Jack) to move, store, stack, and retrieve products

  • Unload inbound trucks and stage products for proper storage or shipment

  • Pick, prepare, and stage orders accurately

  • Use RF scanners to verify and record product inventory

  • Perform daily equipment checks and complete inspection logs

  • Maintain organization, cleanliness, and safety throughout warehouse areas

  • Support cycle counts, report inventory discrepancies, and communicate safety concerns

Ideal Candidate Will Have

  • High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required

  • Ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended shifts

  • Ability to work in different warehouse conditions, including noise, temperature changes, and varying lighting

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately fulfill orders

  • Team-oriented mindset and strong work ethic

  • Basic computer skills (Excel knowledge is a plus)

  • Flexibility to work additional hours, weekends, or holidays as needed

  • Experience operating Sit Down Forklift, Reach Truck, Box Clamp, and Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ)
