Kelly Services is seeking dedicated and reliable Materials Handling Specialists to join our team in Dallas, TX. If you have warehouse experience and order pickers/cherry pickers and are ready to take on an essential role in logistics, we want to hear from you!


Job Title: Materials Handling Specialist – 1st Shift

Available:  7:00 AM – 3:30 PM


What Will You Do?

  • Order Processing: Process customer orders each day to guarantee their satisfaction.

  • Diverse Warehouse Tasks: Work across multiple process areas, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and putaway.

  • Shipping & Documentation: Accurately package and label shipments in line with standard operating procedures, including completing documentation for hazardous materials.

  • Inventory Control: Store inventory safely and accurately, ensuring all products are handled properly.

  • Equipment Operation: Operate powered industrial trucks, such as  cherry pickers and forklifts, for materials movement and putaway.

  • Team Contribution: Collaborate with your team to help deliver a wide range of products—everything from personal protective equipment to laboratory supplies.

How Will You Get Here?
Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience

  • 2+ years of general warehouse/materials handling experience.

  • Experience with powered industrial trucks (order pickers/cherry pickers).

  • Experience handling hazardous materials (chemicals) a plus.

  • Familiarity with computers and scanning equipment is a plus.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

  • Physically able to stand, walk, stoop, bend, and reach for extended periods.

  • Strong attention to detail and a proven ability to maintain high accuracy.

  • Positive attitude toward teamwork and the ability to work independently when required.

  • Ability to read and write in English.
